The participants of the Learning Organization Certificate program develop an understanding of Lean and the A3 problem solving methods and tools required to build a learning organization. Team leaders learn how to map and build process focusing on the critical few that are required to operate at the highest quality, effectively and without bureaucracy. This program also continuous to build on using continuous improvement as the method to increase overall quality while engaging employees through active participation.
